Frequently asked questions
- Can I book the yakitori restaurant?
- Use the contact form, email us, or call the restaurant on 06-4256-3135 (+81 6-4256-3135 from abroad). A private room and private hire are available. Please give the number of people and the date and time first; if we are full we will suggest the next available slot.
- What are your hours?
- The restaurant is open 17:00–22:30 with occasional irregular closures, last order 21:30. The company answers email Weekdays 10:00–18:00 JST (closed weekends and Japanese public holidays).
- Can I bring items to sell?
- We decide on purchase or consignment after looking at condition and demand. Please contact us with the item and photos of its condition. We cannot accept every item.
- Can we start trading right now?
- No. Distribution from China to Japan and from Japan to the US is still in discussion and pre-revenue. We do welcome partnership enquiries.
