Searching for a CookieAnn plush keychain can bring up the same character in very different outfits. If you want a particular costume, matching the face alone will not settle the choice. Work through the headwear, chest decoration, skirt hem and shoes, then compare that combination with the listing name.
Separate the character from the costume name
Oriental Land’s introduction describes CookieAnn as a girl dog distinguished by her floppy ears and nose. That primary source establishes the character background. It does not establish the release date or sales history of the particular costumes offered in the Shanghai Disney listings discussed here.

Use the listing to resolve the final details
