Belle Phone-Shaped Pin: Read the Front, Back and Condition

Use our Belle pin listing to separate visible front-and-back details from claims that photos cannot prove, and learn what to ask when condition fields differ.

A small pin can raise several collecting questions. The design on the front, the fastening on the back, visible wear and the written condition all matter. Our Belle phone-shaped pin listing offers a concrete example of how to separate what photographs show from what still needs confirmation.

Compare the front design with the actual photograph

The first owner photograph shows a black phone-screen outline, a yellow field, Belle’s face, “Belle” near the top and “calling...” near the bottom. These are visible design features. The image alone does not establish a production year or an officially verified series name.

Do not treat a search-result thumbnail as a substitute for the listing’s own photographs. Pins featuring the same character can differ in background, frame, lettering and fastener. Enlarge the original listing images and compare each visible feature separately.

Read the clasp and markings on the back separately

The second unedited photograph shows a black fastener against a gold-toned metal back. There are markings, but small lettering should not be treated as certain from a retouched cover or thumbnail. Misreading a tiny line can change how a collector identifies the pin.

A visible marking is not an authenticity certificate. This article has no independent evidence for official authentication, an exclusive sales territory or a distribution history. Place names and “limited” in a seller’s title are claims to check, not guarantees established by the photographs.

When the written description and condition field differ

When checked on September 26, 2026, our listing description said “new and unused,” while the structured condition field said “no noticeable scratches or stains.” Mercari defines these as different categories. Because the fields differ, this article does not certify the pin as unused. Check the live page and ask the seller about its condition if it matters to your purchase.

A useful question names the point you need clarified: Is there rubbing on the face or back? Has it been worn or displayed? Is the clasp loose? Photographs may not reveal minor marks or storage history, so ask about those when they matter to you.

Also check the listing for any backing card or outer sleeve. We cannot promise that an accessory absent from the photographs is included. If you need sealed presentation or plan to give the pin as a gift, ask specifically about the packaging before purchasing.

From the actual photographs to the listing

The front and back photographs come from our Belle pin listing. They document what was visible on September 26, 2026; availability and terms can change. Check the live listing for purchasing status, shipping method and the latest condition description.

If this one sells, do not reuse its photographs to judge another item. When browsing our personal Mercari storefront, inspect each listing’s own front, back and condition field. Another physical pin may have different marks or accessories.
