Buying a Signora Secret Figure: What the Card and Box Photos Cannot Prove

A seller listing shows a Signora card and series box but no clear photo of the physical figure. Separate visible evidence from the seller’s condition claim before buying.

The word “secret” does not tell a buyer what condition the physical figure is in. A current seller listing describes a Genshin Fatui Q-style Signora figure and says the outer box has been opened while the figure is unused. Those are seller statements. The photographs need to be read separately for what they actually show.

What appears in the card and series-box photos

The first unedited image places a dark series box next to a printed character card with pale hair and a black crown-like motif. The card’s lower label reads “女士.” The character pictured on the front of the series box has orange hair and is different. A generic box-front illustration is therefore not a photograph of a Signora figure inside the package.

The second photo brings the same Signora card closer, making the artwork and label easier to inspect, but it remains a card photograph. The third shows the back of the box with multilingual printing, a label and a QR-like mark. Their presence is visible; it is not an independent authenticity check or proof of every component in the box.

How to handle the missing figure view

In the images checked, no photograph clearly shows the physical figure out of the box. “Unused figure” is the seller’s description, not an independent inspection of paint, scratches, accessories or the inner bag. If those details matter, request clear front, back and base views of the figure, plus any included parts and the inner packaging before purchasing.

Specific questions help: “Could you show the Signora figure with its included parts in one frame?”, “Has the inner bag been opened?” and “Are there marks on the box corners?” Ask whether taking a new photograph would itself require opening a seal. Until answered, do not translate “outer box opened, figure unused” into “factory sealed” or “complete with every accessory.”

A printed card can guide a character comparison only when there is a photograph of the actual figure to compare against it. Even if the title, card and box label agree, they do not establish the sculpt or number of included pieces. If the seller cannot provide the views you need, treat that uncertainty as part of the purchasing decision.

Mercari’s photo guidance emphasizes images that make item condition understandable. A buyer can ask about any mismatch between description and photos before ordering and check whether the answer resolves it. The first step here is simply not to mistake a close-up of the printed card for a view of the physical figure.

Check packing and purchase route separately

The listing says the outer box may be folded for dispatch. For a collector who wants to preserve the assembled box, that is material. Ask the seller before purchase whether it can be shipped assembled, how it would be protected and whether terms differ. The article cannot guarantee any particular packing arrangement from the current listing text.

This is a personal Mercari listing connected to Koetsu, not a claim that the item is in Loop KOBE’s Shops inventory. Availability, price and the purchase button can change. An overseas buyer must check the actual proxy or forwarding route, destination and item eligibility separately; the listing is not a promise of direct international shipping.

Koetsu checked the listing and its unedited photographs on September 30, 2026. “Secret,” “very rare” and “unused” are seller descriptions here, not an independent verification of odds, authenticity or condition. Separate the card, series box and physical figure in your checklist so that the unseen object does not inherit certainty from a clear card photograph.
