Identity V × MINISO "Manyou Guangjing" Badge Cover: What It Is, How to Read Its Chinese Label, and Why You Should Check Your Badge Size First

A badge cover is a case you put one of your own can badges into, so you can hang it from a bag. It is popular with fans who decorate bags with many badges (known in Japan as ita-bags), because it protects the badge surface while a strap lets you attach it wherever you like.
This guide uses the shop's own listing photos to look at a badge cover from the "Manyou Guangjing" (漫游光景, roughly "wandering scenery") collaboration between the smartphone game Identity V and the Chinese retail chain MINISO, sold by Loop KOBE on Mercari Shops. On the App Store, Identity V lists NetEase Games as its developer.
The badge cover from the front
In the photo the cover is still in its clear bag. It is round, with a rim split into mint green and ivory, decorated with an orange dashed stitch-like line and small motifs such as a paper plane, buttons, a map pin and stars. "MINISO × IDENTITYV" is printed near the bottom.
The round area in the middle is where a badge goes. The product page states that no can badge is included and that only the cover is being sold, so the white area in the middle of the photo is not a badge. You will not be able to display a character straight out of the bag; plan to use it with a badge you already have.
Reading the Chinese label on the back
On the back are a strap that fastens with a snap button and a white label. The main items on the label, as far as they can be read from the photo, are set out in the table below.

The word 赠品 at the end of the product name means a free gift, and the lower left of the label also reads 非卖品 / NOT FOR SALE. The product page likewise says the item was obtained as a purchase bonus in a collaboration campaign at MINISO in China. In other words, it was originally handed out as a campaign gift rather than sold on its own in stores.
The label's precautions (注意事项) say, in short: (1) do not scratch it with hard objects or crush it under heavy ones, and handle it gently so it is not dropped; (2) keep it away from fire and out of direct contact with chemicals; and (3) do not pull it hard, and since the product contains small parts, do not swallow them. It is safest to keep it out of reach of small children.
The label carries the notice "©Joker Studio ©NetEase Games", a red 网易游戏 (NetEase Games) sticker and a sticker with QR codes. The product page describes these as a NetEase Games anti-counterfeiting sticker; this guide has not checked how the QR codes are read or verified. It is worth looking at the product page photos before buying to see that the stickers are there.
Caring for PU material
According to the label, the main material is PU (polyurethane), which is used in synthetic leather and similar products. The label itself advises storing it in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. If you hang it from a bag, avoiding long periods in strong sun and wiping it with a dry cloth if it gets wet will help it last.
What to check before buying
The key question with a badge cover is whether your badge will fit. Can badges come in many diameters, and each cover fits a particular size. This product page does not state the cover's inner diameter or which badge diameter it is designed for, so measure the badge you want to use and ask the shop before buying whether it will fit.
